Just wanted to let you all know I may have found an aid. Thanks to all your suggestions I went and bought Minute Maid Soft Frozen Limeade ice bars. I am having the cherry right now and feel SO much better!
Glad you found something that's working! Ice pops worked wonders for me too! Also, anything citrusy, like lemonade. Bland carbs, plain broth, things like that also helped.
