Pregnant with 2nd (or 3rd, 4th, etc) - registry question
I want to register! Is that OK? 
Is anyone else registering? I will need the double stroller, bedding, nipples, paci's, etc.
I will be getting a layette, but my mom and MIL will pay for that again. i will go with them at a later date...

I registered with my 2nd.
I also plan on doing a small registery for this one(my3rd) as well. But this time, just for little things like bottles, burp rags, blankets, etc.

Thank you! I also know people will want to buy the new baby gifts so I would rather they get what we need, KWIM? I know whenever our friends are having a baby (regardless of what # baby it is), I always look for a registry!

Honestly the only way I'd register for a second time is if family members begged me to...I would not go out and just do one. I wouldn't feel comfortable with that, but thats me.

Personally, I don't think it is right that people register for second, third etc babies. To me, proper etiquette is registering for the first baby only. The only exception is if it has been 10 years between babies or something. Just my personal opinion. If one of my friends registered for a second baby and invited me to a "sprinkle", I wouldn't go and I wouldn't give a gift.

I'm not registering. I just had #1 9 months ago (will be 13 when #2 is here.) In my position I would feel very greedy. I'm sure folks will send little outfits after the baby is born, but I'll get all the major stuff myself.

I registered for all 3 pregnancies.
I registered for DC #1 because of my shower.
With DC 2 & 3 I've registered for myself for things I knew I needed and as I bought them I'd take them off.
If someone asked me what they can get me or what I needed I told them that I registered.

My sister is pregnant with #3 and she is registering for the necessities only. And it's just because everyone has been asking her what they could buy the baby. She figured having a registry is just easier.

M SIL registered for baby #2. It was 4 years later, a girl (1st was a boy) and very small. She didn't have a shower or a sprinkle, people just looked her up and bought her stuff. It was completely bought!

I only registered with #2 b/c they were 4 1/2 yrs apart and I didnt get most of the stuff off of it
Now with #3 5yrs later im not registering I am just goin to buy my stuff and if anyone asks what I need I will definately let them know

I actually don't need anything for the new baby, but I need things for the big brother. So I feel weird about registering for that. Not to mention, I only need 2 or 3 items, and would feel weird about opening a registery for such few items.
