We had our second u/s yesterday....
And they told us we are haivng TWINS!!  
I am 6w3d and last week when we went they only saw one sac so we thought the other embryo didn't take. Well suprise!! There are now two sacs in there! The second one is a lot smaller but they said it probably implanted later. And we didn't see the beartbeats which I was upset about, but the RE said a few days make a huge difference this early so I just need to relax until we go back this week.
