Are you finding out the gender?

Just curious...everyone we seem to talk to that is pregnant is finding out the sex of the baby. We would like to wait but not sure if we can.

What are you doing? or what did you do??

I initially didn't want to know, but then I realized how much I dislike yellow and green clothing!

Dh wants to know but we are waiting. I want that moment in the delivery room when the doctor says congratulations it's a _____!!! I think it is a boy but we will know for sure in January

I really want to know! Thankfully DH agrees!!

I hate yellow & green and want gender specific stuff! Besides, I want the room to be ready too!!!

we're not finding out either. half my friends/ family found out. but the other half who didnt said it's they best suprise/ 3 words they've ever heard....it's a BOY/GILR!!!!

Nope! Its just more exciting for me and DH not to know, plus it really helps me get through my c-section cause all I have on my mind is what is it?? and when you hear the Dr say the sex out loud to you for the first time its just amazing!!

Nope. I didn't with my first and I don't want to know with this one either.

I hate surprises and DH is a realllll planner, he likes to dot his i's and cross his t's twice, so he'd never make it without knowing.

Nope, we are not finding out, we want that surprise for the day of the baby's birth.

We are finding out the gender. I would love to wait to the end but it would be impossible for me....I don't have the will power for that. I also think its so much easier to register and prepare for the arrival.

We didnt find out, I am not 33 weeks and the only hard part about not finding out is picking names.

Other than that I think its a great experience to wait. First I love the anticipation, not only mine but everyone elses. Everyone loves to speculate about why I am having a boy (or girl) its really cute.

This is our first so I would have registered for gender neutral items anyway so that I could use the items for baby #2 down the line even if its a different sex.

I do believe I will find out when the time comes to have #2, because we only plan on having 2 so we might as well.

Nope And it's so much fun - people guessing and all the anticipation

ETA: I see the baby's room beforehand as the main reason for some people finding out. Just an FYI - the baby's room will be 99.9% set up before I deliver, I'm just going to have some navy accents and pink accents (wall art, throw rug, lamp shade, etc) picked out before and we'll order them as soon as I get home. Everything else will be done though so you can do it if that's the only thing swaying you.

Yes.

At first we weren't sure but now we decided we want too. I would like to get the baby's room ready beforehand.

We are finding out! Because I'm crazy and can't wait that long to know!! Also, DH wants to have the room all ready! I also think it's easier for shower reasons! My friend just had her shower and got literally 250 yellow, green and shite outfits! (It might have even been more) She was so happy she had clothes for a whole year. I was saying...when the baby comes out you aren't going to want to dress it in gender neutral clothes EVER|Y day!

On the other hand, my brother just had a baby and we didn't know! I was up every hour during her delivery because I couldn't wait to hear what it was! But, I just don't think I have the patience!
