Sleeper update
The vacation day post is a result of my conversation with the sleeper.
We finallly spoke, and he denied the entire thing.
how can he do that? He knows he was sleeping because I had to wake him up.
He also got upset that I knew he was confronted about this situation already.
I explained to him he can take his lunch in an office and nap if he likes. I also explained that this is an unacceptable policy of him sleeping and that if catch him again, our next meeting will be more than a discussion.
THAT is when he brought up the vacation days.

Yup, document that you spoke with him about this and have him sign it. That way he can't deny it in the future.

He is probably embarrassed but it is making it worse by not doing anything about it. Has he even submitted a dr's note stating he has a medical condition?
