Running on consecutive days?
Do you run on consecutive days. I do, but after two days, the third my body is pretty tired. Im just curious if it's bad to run 5 miles for 3 or 4 consecutive days.

I run anywhere from 3-5 miles 5 days a week, then take a day off. It's all in how you feel. I do believe that if your body is telling you it's tired than take a rest day..

I run totally based on how I feel. Some days are harder than others and I do have at least 1 or 2 days for rest from cardio.

I run every other day because if I do it consecutively, my knees hurt so much!
