The color and style make her look so mucher older
She could totally spike it out and make it funky which would make it look much cuter.

She is making the weirdest face in this picture and it looks like she has done nothing with her hair yet, but I think she could look cute with this length. with the right color and cut of course.

I had hair a lot shorter than that and made it work. It looks like she has no product in it and may be preparing it for her next set of extensions. I never had extensions before but I would imagine tht your hair would have to be clean before attaching them. Am I right?

agreed. she actually looks "normal" here for once! we also have to remember that she's in a convertible in this pic, she may be wind blown a bit.
