Am I fixing myself?
Ok-- so after seeing the nutritionist and revising my diet to eat more calories and redistributing the bulk of the calories to the earlier part of the day-- after I eat now, I feel hungry again so soon!
I am eating way more for breakfast, lunch stays the same-- which I can barely wait to eat... then I have an afternoon snack-- which I am already hungry for ( I usually eat it around 4).
I am exercising for 45 to an hour and 45 mins about 5 times a week (if not more)-- but had been doing that anyway before changing my diet.
I am taking this as a good sign that I am getting my metabolism back on track-- what do you think?
