How long did the labor last from the time they induced you to having the baby?

They started to induce me about 6:15-6:30 pm Friday night.

I had DD at 10:19 am Saturday morning - emergency c-section.

For me they put the cervidil in at midnight Thursday, they checked me at noon (it is supposed to stay in 10-12 hours) and I had progressed a little so I got the pitocin by 1.

C3 was born 9:59pm on Thursday. I only pushed for one hour.

I did cervadil 2 times (so that = 20 hours ) it didnt work so we never did the pitocin - went straight for the csection!

I had the cervadil tuesday night around 7pm, wound up having pitocin added to IV next morning and wound up having to get c-section wednesday around 1130am because they were starting to worry about the baby

Started the tickle on Saturday morning at around 10 am, had the baby Monday night at 9 pm. 3 long days of labor. Not fun!

Cervadil placed 7pm night before, removed 8am next morning. Broke water and got pitocin at 12noon, epi at 2 and baby at 4pm....great induction!

Was given Pitocin at 6:00 in the morning b/c I wasn't progressing on my own. Had DD at 3:17 p.m. So 9 hours.

I went in on Monday, got the cervidil at 9:00pm, my doc took it out at 7:00am Tuesday morning, started pitocin at 8:00am, broke my water at 9:00am and I had DD at 8:14pm.

I was given cervadil the night before I had her at 9pm

I was given Pitocin the next morning at 7am, I started having contractions pretty much right away....my daughter was delivered via c-section at 2:23pm

You'll love me.....they started the Pitocin at about 12:30in the afternoon....Lily was born at 7:10 PM.
So under 7 hours .

I went to the doctor that morning and I was barely a fingertip. I was induced at 12:30 pm and I had DD at 1:29 am. So it was 13 hours total. I think it went so fast because by the time I went from the doctor to the hospital I was dilating on my own. (only 1 or 2 cm)

ETA:I only had cervadil, no pitocin.They were going to administer it after 12 hrs if the cervadil didn;t work, but it did.

Pitocin started at 7:20pm, baby born vaginally at 3:59pm. I began the induction already at 3cm,50% effaced.

I knew some inductions could fail, after reading a lot of the birth stories lately...

I'm not scared, just don't want to be induced really- We'll see I guess.

They gave me pitocin around 10 am. I started having contractions around 1 pm and was ready to push at 5! DS was born at 7:13 pm.

Pitocin at 7 am Fiday morning, and didnt have Matthew till 5 am Saturday morning and Christopher at 7 am Sat.morning.

Well I can let you know next week - if I haven't gone by Monday they are starting my induction monday night.

I got my 1st cervadil at 6pm wed and had my DS 10:59 thurs. I had a good experience though.
