So she isn't hungry when she wakes? Do you see teeth coming in?

She may be waking from pain...have you tried Tylenol?

There is infant tylenol.....the dosage is on the bottle. It might help take the pain away from teethingChat Icon

Can you post her sleep/feeding schedule? It doesn't sound like teething to me. She's got to be exhausted by now - especially if you are.Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: I am so TIRED...please help

I JUST posted about this last week!! Exact same scenario. How old is your daughter? My son is 5 and a half months old...it is most def. teething. Good thing is that i had a few awful nights like that but it got better as the week went on....tylenol may have helped a little but there were two nights where nothing I did mattered...every hour on the hour he was up screaming.

Good luck, i've been there and am sure i'll be there again!! Chat Icon

she wakes up between 6:30am and 7am i give her a bottle (6oz) hang out with her for about an hour, put her down, but she won't take a nap. her next feeding is 3 -4 hours with bottle and oatmel. she basically eats every 4 hours and has solids for breaksfast, lunch and dinner, including a bottle.

I agree. We have been going through this for almost 2 weeks now. It's teething for us. The tylenol helps some...and last night she only got up 2x, but I said to DH, I thought we were done with this phase Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: I am so TIRED...please help

Its definetly teething. DS has been waking up the last few nights also. For a couple of weeks he would wake up once or twice and I would just give him the binky and he would go back out. This week he has been waking up 3 or 4 times a night crying and I have to rock him back to sleep. He is knawing on his hands like crazy and you can see the white on the gums.

Hang in there! Chat Icon

What time do you put DC down for the night? I have found that putting my DS down a little earlier each evening has helped as well Chat Icon
Also, buy the infant Tylenol. There is only one. For this age, give one dropper full (up to the .8 line)

Re: I am so TIRED...please help

The concentrated infant drops, dye free or grape/cherry is up to you. .8ml is the right amount. Totally sounds like teething to me (if not an ear infection) we went thru this recently and are trying to train him to sleep on his own again so I feel your pain Chat Icon

Re: I am so TIRED...please help

If she is over 15 pounds you could prob give .10 with no problem..thats what we were advised to give DS...the little extra may help.

Good luck!!!

Re: I am so TIRED...please help

You can give it every 4 hours too when she wakes at night. You may still have to rock/soothe to sleep but at least she might calm down enough to fall asleep Chat Icon Chat Icon

Charlie has been doing the same thing for the last three nights. Every hour like clockwork! He has an ear infection, so I assumed that was the cause.

Now, I'm thinking he may be teething too. I'm exhausted too Chat Icon
