what do you think of this house???
i have a good friend looking at this house. is the price good?? hows bellmore as an area?? schools ok??i know nothing about this area. tia.

It's pretty.....check the MLSLI school information for the area - you want to see the percentage that get free lunch and how many student's per teacher, and what the student body composition is like.

It's cute...looks like it's on a main road though - or at least bordering the main road.
My one SIL lives in N. Bellmore - loves the area and the school (my nieces are 10 & 8).

cute but small. For that price though it may be ok. The schools are good.
I would spend the extra $ for another bathroom!

Since its an old house (1935) I would make sure the electricla is up to par. Great area - busy road.

 small starter, do they have plans to expand/ dormer, busy street, friend should find out how much house will be worth if they do updates/expansion and do research on homes that sold similiar to this one to see if its priced right

Its a great house - Bad spot though. Right at the intersection of Newbridge and Merrick road. Really busy over there all the time
The price is right though. Originally that house was offered at $425k I think.
Its too bad it isnt on a side street.
How much is the max your friend wants to spend? You can fm me....My inlaws live in N bellmore and my wife grew up there. There is a great house near them for sale....on a nice quiet residential street....Let me know if you are interested and I will fm it to you

Bellmore is a great area and that price...wow! There's north bellmore and south bellmore. Nothing wrong with N. Bellmore, but S. Bellmore is much more expensive.
