I just lost 4 lbs pooping!!! Haha!!! don't they say that could mean your about to go into labor???? I think it's probably just wishful thinking though! Haha

Yes, I lost 5 lbs the few days before I went into labor. Your system does some clearing out in prep for labor (which is good cause having to poop immediately after would not be fun!)

It's very true. With my DD#1 I lost a crap load of bloat when I took a crap 3 days before I went into labor. It seems like once I did that I began to cramp a bit(early labor).

Eating fiber once your 9th month hits is a must to help you go into labor if u r constipated all pregnancy

Yes it was absolutely 100% for me. My diet wasn't any different, I didn't do anything differently at all. I feel like the body prepares itself so maybe you don't poo as much during labor which could be protective to the baby during delivery. I don't know that for a fact medically though.

yes. going to the bathroom a lot is a sign. or CAN be.
your body is naturally flushing out to make room for baby to come out.

I'm just waiting, the doctor said she feels I'll go early.... but my csection is scheduled for May 28th (the day before my due date) I have had horrible constipation the entire pregnancy but starring two days ago I've gone 2-3 times a day and then this morning.... woah!! 4lbs? Geesh!! I have a feeling this is going to happen any day now.

Just want to say it has continued today!! I'm crazy nauseous and have the worst diarrhea, sucks! It's nice to actually be able to poop a little, but this is freakin ridiculous!! I want to crawl back in bed and cry, but I'm at work sucking it up! Oh and I barely slept last night due to heartburn, it was horrible, then I woke up at 2am covered in sweat!! It was freezing in my room so no reason i should have been a wet uncomfortable mess.... These last few weeks of pregnancy are like payback for having such an easy early pregnancy!!!
