I love kickboxing. I used to go all the time before I had DD. My favorite is a class called "Turbo Kick" which is kind of a dance-y cardio kick class. I don't get to go much anymore because of scheduling, so on a whim I decided to look to see if they make DVDs.

Lo and behold, the Turbo Jam series! It's a little hokey, for sure, but it's fun and it's 40 minutes of hard cardio. They have different workouts including one that teaches basic moves. The one I got has a countdown for each segment so if something is hard and hurting, you know it's only a little bit longer before it's over.

If you like fun cardio and can stand it being a little cheesy, this is a good addition!
