Working with morning sickness
How do you work with this? I"m sitting here concentrating on not yaking and I have no motivation to work.

It is so hard to do this! Try to keep water or ginger ale around along with crackers. That got me through. Otherwise, I just tried not to think about it (which was hard to do). Feel better.

it's rough.
I try to keep a sliced lemon handy at all times... a little sniff here and there helps.
I drink water with lemon in it all day.
