Wipes Warmer?

Who has one? Are they worth it?

I never thought I'd even think about this, but DS has been flinching when I wipe his butt lately bc the wipe is cold....is it worth it to get the warmer, or just make the kid deal with the harsh, cold world nowChat Icon

Re: Wipes Warmer?

I'd say waste of money b/c you'll need it everywhere you go..what if you are out at a store, etc? I wouldn't get them used to it...jmo

Re: Wipes Warmer?

TOTALLY worth it!! I bought one for my son when he was 2 weeks old because he would scream every time I wiped him.

It is only $20, not that expensive at all.

As far as on the go, then my son has to use cold ones.

I would highly recommend buying one. I love mine!!!

Actually, he doesn't seem to mind when we are out b/c I have the wipes in that little graco jobber and the bag is warm, so they get a little warm. In the container they get so cold...

Hmm, interesting responses, keep em coming ladiesChat Icon

Re: Wipes Warmer?

I have one and it is still sitting in the closet. I just don't have the room!! If it's chilly I warm the wipe up in my hand first. Otherwise she gets an au natural wipe!

Re: Wipes Warmer?

I'm in the minority too I guess. I love the wipes warmer and used it all the time up until the warmer weather came. I think about it this way, would i want a cold wipe on my butt? I think we all know the answer to this ??Chat Icon I will start using again shortly in the colder weather.

We have one and love it. I also find that it doesn't *shock* her awake if I need to change her in the middle of the night.

Re: Wipes Warmer?

I bought one. It was broken so I returned it and never got another one. We keep our apt. very warm in winter so the wipes were never that cold. I probably would have gotten another one if they were cold.

ITA!! I LOVE it also. DD does not like the cold wipes on her at all. It is so worth having one.

Re: Wipes Warmer?

Well I LOVE MINE.

Noah FREAKS out when the cold ones hit his butt.

I tried getting him used to the cold ones, he wants no part of it, but will deal when we are not home.

It was only $20. And ours broke , I wrote to the company and they sent me a whole new one.

Considering I use it at least 6-10 times a day it was way worth the $20.

Re: Wipes Warmer?

JAG is 15months old and I have been using them since the day he got home.
I even have a mobile one for my travel bag.
He loves them and since he is so hard to change him now as it is I wouldn't be caught dead without mine

Re: Wipes Warmer?

I have one, we used it when Taylor first came home from the hospital in March. I will probably break it out again when the weather gets cold.
I would rather have my butt wiped with a warm wipe than a cold one.
