When you see someone driving without their headlights on, what do you do?
Do you flash your brights in hopes that they see it and realize that their lights are off.... OR....
Do you keep that urban legand about gang initiations in the back of your head and go on your merry way, ignoring the fact that the other driver's headlights are off?
Random ? I know, but I saw so many drivers with their lights off last night on my short ride home from the train station.

I don't flash my brights b/c that may blind them for a second.
I turn mine on and off for a quick second, hopefully they realize why.

I used to flash them until I heard a woman from MADD mention this in a speech. She said that cops will pull over drivers with their headlights off b/c it may be an indication they are under the influence. If they aren't no harm done but if they are - that's one more drunk driver off the road!!

good point! A professor once told me this is the first thing cops look for..and the way they catch the most DD!

Yes, that's all well and good if the first person the drunk meets with is a cop.... if the first person they meet is an innocent driver who can't see them..... 
I flash my lights. I don't want them to hit someone...

My dad always said that flashing your brights is such a vague kind of thing... if you turn your lights off for a second, usually the person will realize.

ok i guess im the only one that actually believes that if i flash the lights someone is going to follow me and shoot me at the next light so they can get into a gang.
