When transitioning to a toddler bed...
Do they start using a pillow? At what age do they use a pillow? Will be transitoning DS to his toddler bed in April. He will be 18 months. Seems a little young to use a pillow.

DD is 21 months and I just started letting her use a full-sized adult pillow last month.

Oh wow let me know how it goes. I'm so nervous to do this, but I'd rather do that than buy another crib for #2. Do you think he'll actually stay in the bed? I don't see DD staying put.

Noah has used a pillow since he was about 14 months, and now he sleeps with a duvet. He loves to be warm and cozy!

Yes, I used a small airline sized pillow, even when they were still in the crib. Once he moved to a toddler bed, he was 22 months and he got a flat twin size pillow to use.

He will be 20 months when the baby comes but I wanted to get him adjusted before the baby comes so he doesnt thing we took it away for the baby. I think he will do good. I will let you know.
