When to send out invites?????
If my mom is having my shower on August 6th.....when should she send out the invites? Thanks!

I would send them out at least 6 weeks beforehand. For an August 6th shower, I would probably send them out in two weeks.

Since it's the summer, you may want to send out a little earlier just because people make plans early for the summer (JMO)

I agree with Mary Beth - I would send them early...it's only June 6th and we have something for just about every weekend through the end of July.

I would start sending them now...like everyone else said, the summer tends to get booked fast for a lot of people. The earlier they know the date of the shower, the better.
