When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
Last night was brutal. Baby woke up 4 times from midnight to 6am and I am exhausted. I think our newborn is noctural. She sleeps for most of the day but seems to be much more awake at night. Now that I think of it, she was much more active at night when she was in my womb as well.
When did your baby sleep through the night? Or even once per night only?
I can't wait to be woken up just once per night in the middle of the night.

Isn't your baby like a few weeks old lol. You have some time...That first month I didn't sleep at night. That's what's having a newborn is like.

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
She was a couple months old. Newborns generally wake up in the middle of the night.
Did your older children sleep through right away?

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
My twins are 5 weeks we feed and are done around 11. They get up around 3, then again around 8. They have been like this the past week/ week and a half, they are eating more now so they can go longer. Some nights are better then others right now. I never had the 4 times a night. Try and keep her up and active during the day. Tummy time, music, stories etc so she is more tired at night. Mine were sleeping more during the day and now I keep them up more so they sleep at night and it's been better. She could be growing too and that's why she was up a bunch! It will get easier!

I disagree. I would not try to keep a baby less then 2 weeks old up during the day. They sleep when they need to and wake when they are hungry.

22 months - not kidding! We had a few good weeks here and there, but overall he was a terrible sleeper. I think I still have ptsd - hence no DC2 yet!!

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
DD was nocturnal in the beginning too.. During the day, we had her nap next to a lighted window so that it was bright during the day and dark at night. I think that actually helped a bit. We put her down at 7pm each night, and by 4 or 5 weeks, she was sleeping from 7-3, would take a bottle, and then wake up at 730/8. We kept at this schedule, and eventually she started sleeping 7-7 and cut out the 3am bottle, around 10 or 11 weeks

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
My first two woke up several times a night (two minimum but usually more) for the first year. My third started STTN at 6 months by some miracle. He now at 10 months gets up once or twice a few nights a week but that's nothing to me.

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
My first took a few weeks to get her days and nights sorted out. She sttn by 2 months but it wad temporary lol. Dd2 was a better sleeper from the start, also sttn at 2 months, also temporary! They both woke at night from 4 months to 16 months. At 2, I still have to go in to fix blankets or find dd2's lovey.

Re: When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
At 6 months she moved to her crib and slept much better...went to only getting up once per night. I think it was a year or so until she slept through

Re: When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
Both kids by 8- 11 weeks were sleeping from like 11:00pm-6:00am
before that after the first 2-3 weeks it was probably 1-2 times after 11pm
I had both my kids on schedudles though.
My peditracian told me during the day to wake them every 2-3 hours (I usually did 3 hours if they could make it that long) and try to keep them up while feeding them, play with them for a little etc.
Then at night to let them sleep as long as they would. So I did that all day and the last feeding was around 10:30-11pm as they got older I used the last feeding back more and more

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
Make sure when she wakes at night not to talk to her. Just change diaper feed and back to sleep and they realize there's a difference between day and night

When did your baby stop waking up multiple times per night?
First was about 6 weeks. Second was about 2 weeks. First is a great sleeper and always has been. Second is a terrible sleeper.
ETA: nevermind. Read the op wrong. They never woke up multiple times as newborns.

Isn't this totally normal of newborns?? They're tiny, they have tiny tummies and need to eat frequently.

I agree, and I never put overhead lights on only a small lamp in his nursery or our nightstand lamp. So it was never bright.
DS never really slept through the night regularly until 13 months and still occasionally woke.
