When did DC grow out of the infant carseat?
or when did you decide to put your DC in the convertible seat?
DD is almost 4 months, 14+lbs and 25+inches. She's going to reach the height limit pretty soon....

For our boy, he was about 4.5 months. He didn't like the reclining position and was always trying to pull himself up. He would always cry in the car. Once we switched to a convertible seat, he was a happy camper.

we officially got the convertible yesterday  . DS will be 9 months old next week. I didn't know there was a height limit until last week. He went over the height limit a long time ago, so I guess we should've gotten him the new seat sooner.

4 months.... he was about 28 inches  (we had the keyfit that goes up to 30", but he was already starting to look squished in there)

5 months. The carseat went to 29 inches and that's what he was at his 5 month well visit.

DD was 11 months - she was only 29 inches and 20.5 lbs at her 1 year visit so she could have made it to her 1 year mark but it said UNDER 29 inches - I think she was about 28 1/2 inches and 19 lbs at her 11 month visit which is why we changed her to the convertible.

DD#2 is 6 1/2 months and i plan on switching over next this week. we did the same for DD#1, around the 6 month mark. they haven't outgrown it, but i'm sick of lugging it around
