Yes...way too soon. Are you sure this is the level II and not the NT screening (which is usuallly done between 9-14 weeks?).
The level II is usually done between 18-22 weeks.

I agree. My doctor wouldn't even let me schedule my level II prior to 20 weeks.
I did have my first trimester ultrascreen (or NT screening) at 11 weeks which was a bit early.

Your probably having an ultrascreen which tests for down's syndrome. At 13 wks its probably too soon to tell the sex. As the above poster said level II sonos are generally done between 18-22wks

my level II is at 18 and a half weeks...13 weeks is definently too soon!

That isn't the level II. That is the Nuchal Translucency/Ultrascreen test. The will measure the thickness of the neck to test for downs.

Your Level II will be closer to 20 weeks.
