My hangovers involve non stop vomitting. For hours.
So nothing helps but time.

I also just wanted to add- I see a lot of people say Tylenol after a night of drinking. Just be careful.
Tylenol is very very bad for your liver when mixed with alcohol.
Even the label has a warning about alcohol consumption.
I would stick to aspirin or advil/motrin
after having had some booze

Breakfast: Very large glass of water, coffee, bacon, egg and cheese on a roll
Lunch: McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Maybe a soda.
This was my Friday morning routine from the ages of 20 through 24, when I went out every Thursday night drinking vodka and had to get up and work every Friday morning in an office.
And then got ready to go out again on Friday night.

nah seriously - down two bottles of water, have a burger or two eggs overeasy on a bagel with cheese and bacon - something like that and take like three or four aleve, motrin, asprin -- I like bayer aspirin best!

I had a brutal hangover one day and I had to teach and go support a friend at the NYC marathon. I did the juice, gatorade, etc nothing I ate pickles and felt WAY better. It replaces minerals

OMG!! me too!! McD's after a drinking night is the cure! I read that carbs are best for hangover. Definitely get that with McD's

1 Vit C Drink Mix with Electolytes
1 Gatorade
1 dose of Liquid B Complex
1 Sausage and Egg sandwich with a hashbrown

I would try and stay away from caffeine it only dehydrates you more.
drink lots of water. if you have an apple eat that.
