What's for dinner?
hi everyone - haven't posted on this board in awhile. Is anyone cooking dinner tonight? any good quick ideas - no takeout

I get a basa filet from King Kullen, and just cook it in a pan with some fresh lemon juice and pepper.
Steamed spinach, and you're GTG.

I had fish and chips with a side of curry sauce and a steak pudding. Husband had 2 sausages with chips and some beans on the side.
It wasn't that nice.

i'm sorry if i sound stupid but what's a basa filet? unfortunately, we don't have a king Kullen in Brooklyn - which stinks! i love King Kullen

chicken cutlets with a lemon butter sauce and rice a roni...20 minute meal and DH loves it!

trying to decide between dave's famous, or chinese. Chinese is easier b/c they deliver, but its pretty pathetic that i'm too lazy to drive 2 blocks to be waited on

I'm going to BJ's tonight for my NYE supplies so It'll probably be a roast chicken from there for dinner tonight. Every time we go we pick one up.
I you're looking for a quick dinner I make diced chicken mixed with Goya yellow rice and any frozen veg I have on hand. Very easy. Cook the chicken in a pan while the rice is cooking. Microwave the veg and stir all together.
