what was your iui protocol?

just curious.. will be doing number two....

only did ivf protocols before but since i am such a poor responder only llike two follies new dr said to just do iuis.

dr only gave me follistim... but wondering what you have taken for iui.

i need to pull out all the big guns and am going on thurs for day 3 and to talk to dr. ty so much.

fyi...basically i need any meds that can give me more than two follies..

done follistim, femara, luveris.....follistim highest was 700 i think...only then did i get get two follies still.

i have done combo cycles of femara/follistim, and then combo cycles of ganirelix/follistim.

i have high LH due to PCOS though so when the LH is lower i stim really well, almost too well. sorry thats prob not much help!!

My first cycle was with follistim (200 IU), then added ganirelix (250 mcg), then trigger shot. Resulted in some good sized follies, but BFN. This cycle I started with the follistim (250 IU), added ganirelix, then yesterday he reduced follistim to 50, still taking same dose of ganirelix and added low dose hCG (40 mL).

I had 1 and only 1 IUI and that turned into this guy...

I was on Gonal-F injections and started out at the lowest dosage then my RE increased it based on my response. It is very easy to hyperstim with Gonal-F so they wanted to take the low and slow approach... and believe me it was a slow process!! I was on the injections for 20 days, then triggered for my IUI. I had 4 maturing follies, but only ovulated 1. I guess that's all you really need!!!

For my last 2 IUI's i did follistim/femara and progesterone support after.

I did an IVF cycle w/ luveris, and that is suppose to help quality also.
