What top feed a 10 month old with a stomach virus
My DS who is 10 and a half months old came down with a stomach virus this weekend. So far he has been able to keep down applesauce and pastina. What else can I feed him? Im still EBF and he seems to keep that down for the most part but I feel like he's so hungry. After he throws up he still wants to eat but he can't seem to keep it down. What can I do? Thanks.

Chloe had a stomach bug last weekend. Ped told me to feed her bland stuff in smaller portions. We did applesauce, plain pasta, banana. Maybe some rice too? Chloe got over it really quickly (less than 24 hours).

em's almost 8 months and she had the virus last week - we stuck with NO food, only pedialyte. she was back on formula within 2 days.

DS became a big fan of whole wheat bread around that age. He would just take an entire slice and munch on it for 10 minutes.

we always do the "brat diet" - banana, rice cereal, applesauce, toast. Mostly the BRA, though, 
Also, I would give my DS pedialyte - he likes the orange one. We do half water (or so) and half pedialyte. I use that instead of milk unti he can keep stuff down better.

DS who is 11 months just was sick last weekend. We were told by our Ped. to only feed Pedialyte and bananas. No milk or solids. It only lasted two days, and he was back on to Milk and fruit.
