What plan book do you use?
I can't seem to find one that I like.
What kind do you use and where did you purchase it?

What plan book do you use?
My school provides us with a plan book, it's made by Squibb's, but this year I am going to make my own plan book using this online template I found. http://www.edzone.net/%7Emwestern/tutorials/planbk.pdfPlanbook

I use the Lakeshore one but I use post it notes in the boxes.

i made my own based on what my needs are..i have sections for the clubs i run/planning/grading/parent contact logs/meeting notes/personal notes
once i get my roster i'm going to type in my students names, then re-print and bind it

I make my own and put in binder but I saw on pinterest that office supply stores will spiral bind your book, so it actually looks like a plan book. I may try it out this year!

This! I like the lakeshore one. Nice big, blank boxes. Probably only useful for elementary though.
