What is this that I am feeling??? 25 weeks and contractions/braxton hicks?

So.. the past few days I have been feeling almost like stomach cramps.. that start slowly.. and get worse.. but are gone after like 30-45 seconds.. they come sporadically... almost feels like you have to poop feeling (sorry for the TMI).... With DD, I never had any braxton hicks... is this what it is? Or so I need to call the doctor? (btw.. with DD I was induced and had back labor.. got an epidural early on and never really felt real contractions on my own.. so im clueless as to what they feel like as well!)

I had BH last night and about 2 weeks ago for the first time
It wasn't too painful and my belly got very hard and then after about 30 sec it got soft again
It only lasted for about 10 min

with my Braxton Hicks I only feel a tightening, not real pain. My doctor told me as long as they don't come at a regular interval (every ten minutes or less) then not to worry. If there are regular to call him. If you are concerned I would give your doctor a call.

Oh mine started at around 25 weeks also.
