Ooh so funny when we stopped in the Jacksonville area on our drive down to FL, we went to a Publix to get some junk food ( ) and I was like ME LIKEY
Around here, we dont have Stop and Shop closeby but if we're on LI I like to stop there for non-perishable. We usually go to Pathmark (the prices are better) but my favorite local store for conveineice is A&P - they just NEVER have good sales though

I despise Winn Dixie...I have gotten sick off some of their food so I won't go back.

I have never gone to Winn Dixie. I have always shopped at Publix.
I cant seem to find good tomatoes at Publix. It seemed like it was hit and miss

You can't find them ever?
I know that Florida had a tomato shortage for a while because crops were destroyed from last years hurricane season.

I find them but they dont seem that good. Some seem really mushy and bruised. I think I go at the wrong times because all the times I go I seem to get the bottom of the tomato barrel.
Darn HURRICANES!! They ruin everything

Where I am now I usually go to food lion... but as soon as I'm in Northern VA, I'm heading to Wegmans!
In NY I went to Waldbaums (there's where I worked and me FH )

but we've started going to pathmark also b/c the prices are a little cheaper and theyre open later, but i dont like their meats as much
so... depends on whats on our grocery list
