Do you mean crackberry? It's like a cell phone, palm pilot and mini computer in one. People can email on it so it's great for people who travel during business and rely on email.

I was surfing the net on my BB when the laptop was sitting there next to me. It took a couple of seconds for me to say, "What am I doing - why don't I just use the laptop?"

i get about 4149038015815105 emails a day.
this thing is connected to my emails so i can read them instantly. if i delete an email, its deleted in my inbox. if i read an email, its read in my inbox. i can also compose messages and reply to messages, as its connected to my works enture address book.
it is also my phone and calendar and it also has slow internet access (slow like a dial up) so if needed somewthing off of google i could get it if i wanted to.

I have the same problem!!!!!!!! My DH brought his on our honeymoon-
He does not put that thing down.
Just say no- to the blackberry

perfectly said...I fought it until about 2 years ago...no I am full-on addicted. It's good for me because I can spend more time in the morning with Bella and at night I can leave at say 5:30-6 because I am on the blackberry. Besides, no one uses the phone anymore...it's ALLL about e-mails.

I have resisted getting one- if we have them for work- then we are expected to answer emails all weekend, all night etc- and I refuse to do that- when I am home- I am home
if they want to double my pay- then I will think about it- but until then- I am happy to leave work - at work

I agree with you so much on this. I thought FH's alst job was annoying b'c he had a pager. I honestly don't think it's right when a company owns you and you have to be available to them 24/7. FH is always on the stupid blackberry. I HATE it

I have taken the step into further insanity...i laid my crackberry to rest and got a sidekick 3!! its faster and easier to navigate, i still get all my emails and im's!
