What do I do now...another Jury Duty summons and I've already postponed 1x!
What am I going to do? I don't have anyone to watch Kevin and I don't think daycare takes kids on a day-by-day basis and since he's never been in daycare I don't know how he'll react anyway.
Should I just take the chance and call in and hope my number doesn't come up?
Do people bring their kids with them to show that they have no child care options? I think I remember hearing about someone who did that and they were threatened with having CPS called on them for doing that.

I thought you could get excused if you were a full time caregiver to your child??

You write a note that you are the full-time care giver to your under school age child (put down his name and birthdate). You cannot work and get this excused.
I wrote a note that I was pumping breastmilk full-time for my child and that I worked from home full-time to care for my child. if I served I would need to be excused to pump on my schedule, not their schedule. I was not asked to come in.
