What are you getting your mom for Mother's Day?
I always get the same stuff. I need some ideas. What are you getting your mom? Or what are you getting? I'm getting shutters for the front of my house so that's no help.

I got her from my kids a phone case with a picture of all her grandchildren
I asked her what she wanted/needed and she told me face cream and I’m getting her a gift card to Ulta

i'm in this batch!
sadly, i had to separate myself from her toxicity about 8 years ago. now, i send a text and call it a day.
as far as receiving:
DS paid for my microblading, which i got done last weekend. we'll have a nice dinner sometime midweek since he works all day on sundays.

beach bag, luggage tags, swimsuit coverup and tropical pattern masks. My parents missed their annual aruba trip last year and she's so excited to go again at the end of May, I figured she'd enjoy this.

For my mom I got her a heated massage cover for her recliner (she wanted something to help her circulation and is always cold - she’ll be 82 next month)
My MiL, we are getting her a Lowe’s gift card because she’s been replacing blinds in each room at her house a little at a time through Lowe’s and has one more room to do. My FIL doesn’t think it’s necessary to replace them so we’re gonna just pay for it! LOL
We’re also taking my mil and sil (w bil and their kids) out for brunch on Mother’s Day. It’s at our yacht club so no crazy crowds and waiting, etc.
My SIL always gives me something from the kids being their aunt and godmother to one of the girls. Usually something made with their little hands

Sorry to hear that.
I still have a relationship with mine but was told years ago no more Mother’s Day and birthday gifts as she needs or wants nothing and whatever she does, she will get herself. I felt bad but she said she would rather have myself and my sibling spend it on raising our children. I give an Amazon gc for Xmas as she buys her books for her kindle there and it will last her awhile through the year.

Honestly, my mom wants for nothing. She's not a girly mom either. No massages, nails, jewelry, bags, etc.
So...I ordered diapers and wipes so that she can bring them to a food pantry to give to a mom who DOES need something.

My mom wanted Rothys flip flops so my brother and I got her those. MIL passed in 2020, I have to work Mother’s Day but my husband and sons are going to the cemetery to do a butterfly release for MIL
