went to the dr and i am dehydrated!
I was having bad cramping and thought it was rom doing to much work becasue we are uin teh preocess of moving ut it turns out i am very dehydrated so i have to double my fluid!!! I thought i as drinking enough guesss not!

I always think I am drinking enough I never am. I have been hospitalized twice for being dehydrated this PG. Feel better

Feel better. I was told during my pregnancy that I should be drinking at least 10 oz. of water an hour! that's a lot when you think about it!

Trust me, i know how easy it is to get dehydrated while pregnant. Keep drinking!

How much water were you drinking? I am so nerveous about becoming dehydrated. I am having a hard time drinking water.

i try to drinkbetween 3-6 bottles a day but i guess since we are so busy moving i havnt been drinkign as much as i should be

how may ounces are in the bottles that you are drinking?
