I have been getting tons of coupons for moving into the neighborhood.
Bed Bath and Beyond 20% off entire purchase, A free dinner from Zorn's, 10% off at Home Depot and Lowes.

ooo I got the free dinner to Zorns when I moved in....that was an exciting one ... I also got a free service at a local salon (you are in Farmingdale too so maybe you will get that one also)

it's been a while so I can't think of the others.
most of them were for house services or improvements that we didn't need
We also had a woman who was a Welcome Wagon rep.
