was everyone told the heart rate
when they first saw the heartbeat? my doc didn't tell me and like a dope i didn't think to ask but now i want to know  \
ETA: Ok now I know to ask in the future. I called and the assistant said doc only noted "normal" on the chart. my doc is out until next Wed. The physician asst said if thats something i want to track i should mention to her at next visit. oh well. I'll take normal

Yes mine told me both times...170 @ 6 weeks & 166 @ 10 weeks.

The first time I went to my regular OB/GYN, she just said that the heartbeat was great- but when I went for my ultrascreen- they told me that it was 164.

My first sono it was 150 bmp, second one it was 180 bmp...hope that isn't too high!

yes it was always 150 and now is always at 138-142
ets- they never really tell me though, i always asked!

They've told us a few times, but I always forget. I just remember that she's healthy, that's it. Although I do remember at my 16 week appointment maybe the Dr. listening to it, telling me the #, and him saying that old wives tales would say that it's a girl based on the number, and it is a  , but I don't read much into those old wives tales.

we saw the heartbeat at our 8 or 9 week sono - didnt know what the heart rate was.
At our 12 week appt and every appt since, he's told us the heartrate.

We saw it and heard it and the tech said that everything was perfect. I asked what the heart rate was and she told me.
