Warrior Dash
Has anyone participated in this? Any input/ advice for newbies?

I don't know a lot, but I heard this is the ultimate ... Tough Mudder looks so intense...I'd love to do it one day, just to see if I could make it!

I have a group of friends that just did Warrior Dash in Maryland. They had a blast!
Piece of advice, RUN. Get your endurance up, get your cardio tolerance up and strengthen your muscles because the course will KICK YOUR AZZ.
But it's a blast. 
ETA: Tough Mudder is MUCH harder than Warrior Dash.

I have friends that have done it in the past and not "tough" people at all... in good shape running-wise... and they all finished. My brother is doing it this year. Did you sign up?

My DH is doing this in two weeks. I looked at the course and I think he is crazy. I don't think he's in the physical shape to do it either.

I wanted to do it last year, but when I went to sign up they only had 12 noon in August. No way i was going to do it then!
A friend just did the Tough Mudder and that sounds awesome!

I had never heard of this before. It looks awesome!! I want to take up running. This gives me a goal of something that I want to 'do with it'...down the road. Not going to take on Warrior Dash for quite some time.
