UPDATE 7/13***** do you think If I put the actual # of lbs I weigh on the boards
it will motivate me to lose this weight???
well last Friday I was 172.6lbs
UPDATE******6/29 I am 169lbs
I only really started watching what I eat and walking with the kids on Monday so I am very happy
Thanks for the support girls
UDATE 7/6***** so I weighed this morning and I am 166.6lbs
putting the # on the board is really helping me stick to this diet so Thanks to everyone
UPDATE 7/13*****ok today I am 165.6lbs which I cant believe I only lost 1lb since I have been dieting and walking but 1lb loss is better than 1lb gain right

I am 5ft3
before baby I was 125lbs-135lbs
I am now 172.6lbs
next weigh in Friday

well I started an official diet yesterday and so far so good
This weekend we had a few graduation celebrations so I ate
but now I am sticking to it
I will weigh on Friday and see what happens

I am 5'4 1/2
Before baby, I was 130 lbs (baby almost3)
At birth, I was 172.
I am 131 now, but used to be 115lbs. I would love to be 120.
Just weighed in today

well its wednesday night and so far I havent really exercised just a few short walsks with the kids but I havent been pigging out either so lets see what the scale says on Friday

Keep up the good work! First 2 weeks were the worst for me. After that it was much easier!
