Upcoming trips?
We're actually going to Universal Studios in Florida.
But during school time so kids should be a minimum.

Quick update: back from Ireland over a week now. One of our top trips ever!
Driving was really scary, don't recommend it. but the country is magical and we saw every square inch of sod. and every sheep and every cow! loveeeeeeeed it.
Some highlights:
-Giants causeway and Carrick a rede bridge
-Cliffs of Moher
-Blarney and Bunratty Castles
-Ring of Kerry
-Glendalough Monastery
-Dublin: book of Kells, Kilmainham Gaol, remnant of the Dublin wall and last standing gate
We surely couldn't have seen as much as we did if we were on a tour bus but my heart wouldn't have been in my throat the whole time!

Did you guys rent an automatic or throw caution to the wind and get a stick? (I hear its a PITA - but is possible - to get an automatic in Europe)
How was the food? Was it tough being vegetarian there? Much of my family is from Ireland but they don't know much about the vegetarian diet..like, real vegetariansim not just....boiled potatoes and salad lol

LOLL totally go. we were NOT messing with a stick. Automatic. No the car rental places offer it but its a lot more $$$. But for us a necessity.
Amazing food! Easy to be veg! I was nervous too (full Irish breakfast is really full meat plate lol) but I did fine. Lots of innovative veg options with beans, stuffed peppers, etc. They really seem to be making an effort with Veg options!

No rainout - but a long delay due to insane lightning! Then they came back on and played til 2 a.m. They really took care of the fans! And it was even sweeter that I got 6th row off the GA pit on the field via the fan club :)
