Tree removal company broke our glass door, WWYD?

We have a tree removed last Monday, 4/26. When they were grinding the stump, a piece flew and completely shattered the glass door in our sunroom.

Called the company and they came right out the look at the damage. They went and ordered a new door from a local glass place, gave us the receipt and cash to pay off the balance. Tree people said it would take about 2 days.

2 days pass (Wednesday, 4/28) and I call the glass place. Am told glass was ordered Tuesday AM and that it should take 5 business days and that it's a "rush" order.

5 business days is today. I call the glass place and was just told it *might* come in FRIDAY but maybe not bc it's Good Friday. Tells me a whole story about how tempered glass takes longer, blah blah.

We are NOT happy. Looks like we will be without a door for about 2 weeks. I can't be in the sunroom bc without the door it gets too cold so DS can't play in there.

What do we do??? I thought of calling tree company to complain but am not sure what that will get me.

Thoughts? Advice?

As a side note, the balance on the receipt is $111 and the tree company only gave DH a $100 dollar bill

I don't think there is anything you can do but wait. Calling the tree company won't make the glass appear faster. I know it's frustrating. I woud call to say there will be a balance due to the glass company. Do not pay anything out of tour pocket.
