Trader Joes - Are all the fruits and vegetables organic?
I've never been there before, but I plan on going to the one in commack. Are all the fruits and vegetables organic? I'm hoping to get at least mangoes, peaches, plums and nectarines. Those are the only fruits we didnt try yet.

no, they are not all organic. they have both, so you have to read the labels and signs :) Any given week they could have organic stuff or not, so I get whatever they have organic each week :) hth

No, I think alot of people think that Trader Joe's is an organic store in general and they're not. They have many organic (and inexpensive) items but just like any other store, you have to read the signs and labels.

As an FYI-you can usually get organic:
Sweet Potatoes-in a bag
Yukon or russet potatoes
kiwi
banannas
a couple of types of apples
oranges
I can never find organic berries there.

They do have organic fruits, but only what is in season. It will vary every time you go there.

If you are not opposed to buying frozen, I got frozen organic mangos there. I also got frozen organic peaches at Wild by Nature.
