Town of Smithtown residents, vote Tuesday March 4th for library expansion project

I think that this project is very important. Our libaries currently do not even meet minimal standards for New York state. The project is very cost effective, too.

DH and I are definitely voting for this! Our library is horrible and we are really hoping it passes!!!!!

Bumping... It's today and they're open pretty late so if you can hit them on the way home from work or find the time somehow... Support our libraries!

Yup, I voted too even though they didn't have my name on their list. They allowed me to do a handwritten ballot.
There was a pretty nice turnout too. It's really great to see. Lots of kids there too.

I voted, as did DH and his parents!!! It was crowded when I went. There were a lot of elderly people there to vote. I was wondering which way they were going with the vote but it's anyone's guess.

I don't live in the Town of Smithtown, but being raised there, the library system is far away on par (ie bad) with other towns. I'm glad it passed for you all.
