Supposedly her mother messed with the will and made him sign papers when he wasn't able to understand them. She was left with 200K + some investments he had made for her. She is living in an apartment because she can't afford to buy a home. If she contests the will and loses, she gets nothing. Of course all of my information is from the very reliable US magazine  so who knows
