took a mental health day!
I had all intentions of going to work i was driving to the sitters and i decided i need day or at least a half day to do some things ALONE. Not that my dd is a bad baby she is great but i just wanted to go somewhere without a baby and without dh watching her who alwasy makes me feel like i am on a time limit to come back home. So i am goign
to bru to try and get a car seat i like for her , going to get my nails done and then ill get her form teh sitters at 1 or so nstead of 330 likei do when i have work. Am i bad momy?
Worst part i didnt tell dh and i fell like i am in hs cutting school LOL

DH sometimes gets mad if I take off so sometimes I forget to tell him 
I took off today too

NO!. I did the same thing friday, except that I was home sick from work (really was sick - and just wanted to nurse myself without having to take care of DD also).
Give yourself a day, or half day, whatever, and you will be so much better recharged to spend with your dd. i think it helps you both.
