Toddler Cuisine

I was hoping some of you could share a typical days menu.

Aidan seems to like alot of different foods but on any particular day he will decide not to eat something. So there really isn't anything he doesn't like, but one day its ok the next its not.

Lately he has been totally carb loading! Mostly interested in bread, crackers, cheerios, goldfish, etc. pasta, hummus, granola, yogurt, Whole Wheat Waffles and any type of fruit. Latest favorite is Papaya. Was eating ham/turkey and cheese sandwiches but just wants the bread now.

I actually attempted a jar of Baby food which he hasn't had in months just to get veg into him and he ate it, so I guess we are going backwards now! Chat Icon

Would love to hear what you guys are doing, to try some new things.

Re: Toddler Cuisine

Jillian eats ANYHING in the fruit family. Watermelon. Melon. Blueberries, she actually eats tomatoes becasue she thought they were WayermelonChat Icon . She loves baby goldfish . she would eat them for breakfast, lunch or Dinner. And she loves cheese...she will eat Hamburger..

The funny thing is that is she eats a bigger lunch she barely eats dinner...

Re: Toddler Cuisine

I give marissa pancakes mac & cheese when she doesn't want to eat she always eats that and yogart or a fruit for a desert also she loves chicken any type of chicken and fruit she eats everything most of the time b ut when she is in her moods its usually when a tooth is going to pop through when she is i n this mood she likes her puffs so I make sure I have fruit and veggie puffs so she gets them plus I get the gerber graduates dried fruit and veggies which she likes as well. Also if the baby food thing is working try a different stage like a stage 3 which is for older babies I also have these on hand for times she don't want to eat.
