first baby: 8 weeks
second baby: about 9-10 days, but I was hemmorging after the birth and I was given shots to stop the bleeding while (tmi, read the next sentence at your own risk) the doctor had her entire arm inside me scraping blood out , so I have always felt that help me to only bled for a sort time.
third baby- 10-12 days, same story as baby #2.

13 weeks and it only stopped because I was put on BCP's This is not normal though, most people stop 6-8 weeks I think.

about 6 or 7 weeks. It was much lighter about week later, even lighter up to 5 weeks, and at 6 I had heavy bleeding again for like 2 days and then it tapered off completely until AF returned 4 months later.

Forever...at least it felt like it...I think around 6-7 weeks, then I went on BCP and got AF for 30 straight days. It was hell.

I think around 7-8 weeks. I remember thinking that one of the pluses of being PG was no AF for 9 months but everyone forgets to tell you that you more than make up for it after.

are you serious?? that's like the whole summer. ugggh! My little sister is here from Florida and she wanted me to take her to splish splash (she's here for another week) and was hoping maybe it would stop by then. it has definitely slowed down but i obviously can't use a tampon :(

6 weeks for me and I don't think you are supposed to use a tampon until you get your next full period. Sorry.

Two weeks and then got my period 4 weeks later. You aren't supposed to go swimming until at least 6 weeks, when the doctor clears you.
