I did it and wasn’t a fan since you get dirty. I have a friend that does it and loves it. You should be able to do a free trial.

I loved it. I felt like it was beneficial for me to have a guide there telling me it was “okay” to get dirty, it was “okay” to run around with a stick. Stuff that I would normally tell my child “no” to doing, was now “okay” and I felt like I needed that even more than she did. They will definitely let you do a free trial. Try it!
