those with bunk beds, how tall are you ceilings?
how much "clearance" do you have bet. the mattress and the ceiling?

Totally guesstimating, but I think we have eight foot ceilings upstairs and about three feet of clearance on the top bunk. The ones we bought are height adjustable too, so you can make them lower if you need to (though the poor person on the bottom bunk might not appreciate it).
