Those who are selling their house or have sold their house- do you follow up w/ appt?
When you were selling your house did you (or do you) follow up with your realtor after each showing you have assuming your realtor didnt call you with feedback or a showing report wasnt completed? And if yes, after how many days? TIA

I did EVERY time and they got annoyed with me. But I wanted to hear about EVERY showing. Yes, I am high maintenance but the way I saw it was they were doing a job for me, that they would be getting big bucks for.[/

I always followed up when we didn't get our automated feedback report via email.
I generally followed up after about 2 days if I didn't hear anything.

Yeah he will NEVER call me with feedback. Or when I finally do call him he says he can't reach the realtor that showed the house
that they dont return the call. Obviously I know if someone was interested we would HEAR the feedback but I want to even know why someone would NOT want the house ...get what I am saying.
I am getting so annoyed now!!

Ok so I am going to keep following up myself. He always sounds like I am crazy for calling.
Mine did too...but I didnt care. I felt another realtor would love to sell my home so if she couldnt live up to my standards, then she wasnt for me and she would be told that.
The way I saw it was if someone, a stranger, is in MY house, I want to know EVERY detail I can be given.
