Those that Celebrate Christmas,what will be for Christmas Dinner?

We have a big Christmas Eve at my Aunt's every year and stay home on the Day of!
We will have Stuffed Shells for our meal!

Prime Rib, roasted potatoes, corn, veggies, etc. on Christmas Day.....

and NO meat, all fish and pasta on Christmas eve.

Not really sure. Hubby may work on Christmas so one of the people he works with can spend the day with their kids and family. It's just hubby and I so I dont really mind if he goes into work. I hope one day when Christmas falls on a day he works and we have kids or family in town someone will do the same for him.

we have a lot of traditional Polish dishes for Christmas Eve such as:
red borscht with mushroom dumplings
fish usually carp
of course pierogi
herring
golabki (cabbage rolls)
noodles with poppy seed (my favorites yumm)

Prime Rib and Lobster Tails. It's my birthday so I've always been able to choose what we have for dinner and lobster is my favorite.

We got to my sisters house and she is making honey ham, mashed potatoes and I dont know what else.

DH and I are hosting Christmas Eve and we are having fish (none for me), lasagna, garlic bread and salad.

Yeah, I think I might need a sedative LOL. Actually my mom is making the stuffing (everyone loves hers and I don't like stuffing in general) and my MIL is doing the salad.

I plan on making the sauce, manicotti, meatballs, etc on Friday. But the rest will wait till Christmas Day morning. My mom & sister will come early to help.

Oh and I forgot that we are also having stuffed mushrooms & stuffed artichokes. Those are just a PITA to make, but so yummy.
