This makes me SO sad ** UPDATE - Im SICK to my stomach **

I found out last night that my BIL's (DH's brother) girlfriend is pregnant with their second child, and is aborting because they are not ready for another. This literally brought me to tears...

WHY is it that people who are trying so desperately to conceive have a difficult time, and those who aren't even trying are the ones who get pregnant?!
I just don't get it...

Ok, so I am literally SICK TO MY STOMACH over what I'm about to tell you right now...

So, she had the abortion back in December and just told me that she is pregnant AGAIN! She has now decided to keep this baby because it's obviously 'meant to be'. I am so numb right now bc 1. I am so upset that it happened so quickly for her TWICE in two months... but 2. Bc she is SO open about it and she knows what we are going through!! I know I should be happy for them, but I just can't bring myself to be... Thanks for reading ladies... I just needed to share this with someone.

I hear you.. I'm onto month 6 with nothing, yet I feel like everyone else around me blinks and is automatically pregnant. I just don't get it I feel like I will NEVER be pregnant at this point.

I'll be honest and say that pisses me off! How can you already have one child and then decide that you are not ready for a second child and abort the pregnancy. If you weren't ready then you should have taken every measure to make sure it couldn't happen.

My sister works with a woman who has 2 or 3 kids and is pregnant and considered aborting the pregnancy because she just couldn't afford another child but in the end she decided to have the baby.

Those of us TTC know how hard it is to become pregnant and it makes me mad when I hear these stories.

I am not perfect and will be honest with all of you. At the age of 19 yrs old I got pregnant and had an abortion. I have regretted it every day but there is nothing I can do about it. In the end, I know that at that time it was the best decision for me...I was 19 yrs old and in my 2nd year of college and was with a guy who was the biggest loser on the planet...we did a lot of drinking and drugs together.

As much as it saddens me that this woman is choosing to terminate her pregnancy, I have to strongly disagree with you. How do we know they weren't using 4 forms of birth control? Plus, what if they are not financially in a position for her to be pregnant right now? We don't know what kind of job she has, or what her other health issues may be...

It's perfectly okay to be sad about her choice. But keep in mind that pregnancy is not an finite gift. Just because someone else gets pregnant doesn't mean you won't!

This makes me so sad too meanwhile I got prego and my sister got prego and she was thinking of aborting because she cannot afford it and I talked her out of it....and then I miscarriage...
Really makes you question a lot of things...

but I am also sad for your bil's girlfriend- very difficult decision to make and I am sure that it is agonizing to be on that side is well

How very sad. It's so sad to me to think of the life that could've been but that she terminated. I am happy she is going to keep this child but it's sad that it took getting an abortion for her to realize how precious a gift a baby is.

And not for anything...........in the future if she isn't ready for kids she should try using a little protection. If you're pregnant twice in 2 months there is no way they were being careful.

i truely feel that its up to each individual to keep or terminate a pregnancy. some women cant handle being a mother of 3,4, or more. Maybe she doesnt get help...???You just never know why people make the decisions they do.
