Therapist recommendation
Hi Ladies!
I've been feeling a little better since I've been getting out of the house- but, DS is almost 7 weeks old and, the truth is, I am still feeling anxious. He is sleeping from 11pm to 5am- I know we are lucky- but last night I had insomnia until 3:30am- just felt so anxious so I only slept two hours.
I think it's time that I see someone- does anyone know of a good therapist in the huntington or northport area?
